We had an appointment for a routine eye exam for my son. We made an appointment for the following day as several were available. In the day leading up to the appointment, and morning of, we received 4 reminders about our appointment via text, email, and phone calls which was a bit much. We arrived at our appointment on time and the office/storefront was very crowded.
