NOTHING BUT THIEVES!!!!! My elderly parents sent cancellation request to email provided in Feb. 2019. Prior to that they were being given the run-around, (from Nov. 2018 to Feb. 2019) It’s now July 2019 and they are STILL drafting their account. These people are flat out LIARS and stupid too. My home has not been monitored since 1/1/2017 when I noticed an error message on my panel. I was advised they had upgraded their system to 3G, and that my home was not being monitored until a service tech could come & make upgrade to the equipment. I was told someone would call me within 2 business days to schedule. I would wait, call back, wait again, call back. I made over 15 calls to them & spoke to at least 7 different people in the first two weeks of Jan 2017. No one would... read more
These people are liars. I called 10 days ago for a new key fob and called again today and they said their system is down. They said call back in a week. My alarm went off today and no one called me to see if I was OK. This is the third time this year this has happened to me. I'm so fed up with these people. I have 4 rescue animals in my home and if there's a problem I will never know unless I'm home. This Is B. S.. Have to wait another week for an answer.
The salesperson who sold my unit was dishonest in describing what the system was capable of doing. It wasn't a minor issue and I spoke with somebody from the company about it. My front door sensor doesn't work. I agreed to reduce the terms of the contract and remove the equipment that was unnecessary for my home. Misleading and impossible to terminate service! Contract renews itself perpetually! Blah! Would NEVER recommend to another person. Plus, it's expensive for home security service.
