First I want to say I have been a patient of Dr. Smith’s since I was 14, 15 years old. I’m 49 now. He is a very good doctor; but my complaint is I have called his Dublin office six times to schedule an appointment for an eye exam so I can order my contacts. I have none to wear and I am walking around completely unable to see. No one will pick up the phone! I’ve left a message and everything. There is no way they are that busy, not one person is available to answer the phone. Ridiculous!
