They honestly don’t even deserve 1 star... Rude, disrespectful, ignorant people that work here. They do not care about you as a customer nor do they know what is required by law.. they refused to give me my eye prescription which is illegal considering it is my medical history. The woman was very disrespectful and told me to contact my lawyer for my eye prescription. I highly recommend not going to this place. Poor customer service and ignorance is a horrible combination.
I have been coming here for years and the ladies in the office attitude is very sorry! My son had a pair of glasses in his hands to go and look in the bigger mirror and one of the ladies just snatched it right out of his hands like he was a little baby with a toy that he should not be playing with. I stayed calm but I gave her the look and she knew she was wrong. This will be our last time coming to this place, we will find another.
I had an awesome experience with Vision Savers. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was great!!

ATTENTION FB FRIENDS WHO ARE VISIONALLY CHALLENGED BEWARE OF VISION SAVERS IN WARNER ROBINS Not very good customer service. Had one set of frames that broke 3 times, they replaced with new frames in less than 45 days these frames broke. When I carried them in I was informed that they would not replace these frames because warranty went back to original frames, even though these were new frames. To summarize I had frames break ( right leg came off ) 4 times and they won't make them good. Is this not like putting a new engine ... read more
