Dustin is great, as he listened carefully to our gutter cleaning needs and overall roof check. He always responds quickly to my texts.
Dustin came out quickly to determine the issue & was able to fix it within days.
Booked a roof assessment Friday through my admin. She confirmed Saturday with the company that there was no charge for the estimate and whether or not anyone needed to be there for the appointment. Monday morning right before 8am for an 8am appointment, they informed her there would be a $128 charge. We were under time pressure to get multiple quotes that day and couldn't reschedule.
