Pretty terrible customer service.
Among a multitude of issues, we overheard one of the workers say “if we’re running out of this paint we can just add some water to it” when applying a waterproofing paint to my exterior basement walls.
RecommendedHigh quality work, nice workers. Our project manager, Jeff Schaf was really good about communicating and making sure things were right.
Had to begin making repairs on the roof after 7 years. Shingles not nailed down properly, sliding off in the heat. Repaired 2 years ago, same problem last year -different section, more of the same this year but now the shingles have taken on an irregular pattern on the roof and there is obvious damage to the boards. So, this year means another whole new roof. Company told me they only guaranteed their roofs for 2-3 years and they "could not help" me. Unacceptable. BBB is my next call.

This company did sub standard work on our water damage home. Now I have mold growth in those areas. They are very unprofessional and non responsive to customers concerns and complaints. I had to ask the technician that came to address the water damage to apply anti microbial solution. I would not recommend this company.
