Dale King is top notch when it comes to buying or selling a house. His knowledge of the market and experience in the industry led to a first day offer and a contract in less than 10. Saying goodbye to our home of 17 years was bittersweet but Dale made sure it was a good experience for us. He's not just a good agent, he's a good man and we couldn't be happier with his services.

Dale was wonderful to work with as a realtor. He was extremely knowledgeable about the current market and gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our home for sale. Within the first two days on the market we had multiple offers and he was able to help guide us as to which offer to go with. The house went under contract on day three of our listing.
