this is a dishonest realtor company.I found the properties online a while back and I made a call to be sure the propety was as advertized before I made a trip to look at them and they assured me that utilities were on the properties. So I went and looked at the properties they advertised, not only are the properties overgrown and not maintained there are no utilities available on the properties as described.
