Went without heat for 4 months in winter (was treated like this isn’t against housing laws). Alyssa was the worst at communicating problems back to management. After lots of bugging her my building eventually received space heaters, 1 per unit, I told her I still can’t feel my toes in the rest of the house, so she gave me another one that was damaged and leaking oil. I’ve worked with other property management companies before, and having someone like Jade on the team makes a big difference. She was quick to answer my questions about listing photos and marketing timelines, and you can tell she really knows her stuff.
All five of these stars are for Cree. She has been beyond helpful to us! We were supposed to move into our apartment on the 1st of the month and it was not ready at all. It was filthy covered in cat hair, food in the kitchen and had dents in the walls. She was the only person that I could get ahold of at vision real estate. She did everything she would to help us get the apartment ready asap. Cree is the best!
