This place is horrible, they are in charge of a rental house on my street, all of the tenants have done nothing but leave trash everywhere, block drive ways. The yard is trash, no grass just weeds all of the blinds are broken in the house and the property is never maintained. Trying to get ahold of somebody to address these concerns is pointless you can't get a response or they just ignore you.
Vision Real Estate has been a huge disappointment. Unit 1128 S 820 E 7203 was wonderful and the location perfect but the management company is severely lacking. After not receiving any call backs from the main contact (Kelli McCullough)I reached out to the team leader Richard Brimhall. I had to actually go to the office as no one was returning those calls. Dom from vision maintenance took care of our problems with ease, had very good customer service and very responsive with any of out we had. Job got done correctly and in good condition. Very flexible with our schedule and made it easy to deal with. Thanks Dom!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I rented an apartment last summer that was managed by vision real estate. Things had been ok, we’d had a usual delay in correspondence, but things had gotten done, for example, we had a recurring issue with our water heater, but they had sent someone within the next 24 hours to fix it. On our 13th month in the property, my husband and I asked to initiate a lease takeover.
