Johan was a delight to work with today! Since leaving that original comment three months ago, I met more of the team during my Dad's wife's cataract surgery and I want to say how delightful it was working with you all! Every step was a pleasurable experience in interactions with your team. Elisa felt well taken care of and truly cared about, and she's so pleased to be recovering well and seeing so much better! Had cataract surgery on both my eyes. Everyone was super nice and very professional. It’s been almost a week and no issues. I would definitely recommend them.
I cannot recommend this place. Business practices are to maximize profit at patient expense! Last visit, (after having cataract surgery prior), I arrived early... they were late. Once I finally got into exam room (not pre-exam tests), the "doctor" was 40 min late. I actually fell asleep in the exam chair. Dr. was NOT doctor who was going to do surgery... more like a car salesman. after exam was over I waited again for "scheduler". After 15 min, I had to go back to work; a group including my scheduler was chatting at a desk. ... read more
