Stay away from this man's rental listings if you are looking for a home in Denver. He will not check the property to ensure it is habitable and utilities are in working condition prior to occupancy. He is currently attempting to make us pay an $800 water bill for time that the sprinklers were broken and we had not even moved into the home! Brad Henry’s false comments are in retaliation for Brad Henry being posted twice for eviction for non-payment of rent. Vision Quest Homes, LLC was hired in November 2017 to assist the owner in evicting Brad Henry for non-payment of rent ($2,790) and late fees ($1,245). Travel nurse trying to help with pandemic. Posted that me and my 4yo well trained military service dog needed a place to stay. Was reached out to bu vison homes, wasted countless amount of time going over details and filling out applications, just to have them come back and tell me because i have large dog they won't allow me to rent anymore that maybe i could pawn my service dog off who has traveled with me everywhere to friends or family while I stay.
