i was cleaning my glasses when my nose pad snapped off my glasses. was worried about not being able to continue my plans for today. but then i called this place and they immediately had time to help me and replace the nose pads with much better ones for only 10$. Definitely will come back if i have any more issues in the future. thank you
The ear piece of my glasses fell off because the screw got loose and went missing. As I need my glasses to drive, I went to this place immediately and the gentlemen at the store fixed it for me within 5 minutes at a low cost.
Called today regarding a job application. Assuming I spoke to the front desk receptionist, very poor English and customer service, quite rude, refused to provide information he was asked about and hung up the phone call without saying goodbye.
