Tina Lanhart is the worst rental property manager that I’ve ever had to deal with. She gave us wrong information on multiple occasions, didn’t seem to have a clue what she was doing, completely non-responsive, took a year to schedule the lawn service that was included in our rent, didn’t feel like dealing with refunding security deposit for tenant that moved out when other roommates renewed.

We used this company a couple years ago and it was literally the worst ever. The house was constantly falling apart and we had MANY issues with the property management. Do not rent from them.

My son applied (i.e. paid the $50 application fee). No one got back with him. He has called numerous times for several weeks and no one answered the phone. He sent emails and no one replied. I finally made contact and was told that the apartment was already gone. Actually, gone before it was posted. My questions are: If it was already gone, then why was the posting still up? Why can't my son get his application fee returned?

I am a full time worker, student and mother of 3. I rented from this company for a year and I would suggest for you to run far away if you're looking for a far, honest, non-bothersome landlord. First off you have to have good credit along with 1st, last and security upon approval in order to move in. The lease that you must sign is like 10 pages long- literally.
