Efficient and fast.
As a new patient I found the whole staff professional and efficient, as well as friendly. Stephanie helped me pick out frames that were flattering, I was helped with insurance questions and coverage, and was when they had a cancellation getting me in the next day. Dr. Weisbeck was likewise efficient, skilled, and open to questions. It’s great to have such wonderful vision care in Two Harbors.
In town on vacation and realized my prescription sunglasses were about to lose a screw, and I didn't have any tools packed. Stopped in and the ladies fixed it up, including a new screw. I attempted to buy a hard case to give them some return on the effort, but they gave me that for no charge as well. Great people!
Everyone at this shop is friendly, courteous, and competent. I would highly recommend.
