Dr. Sidhu rushed through my appointment and miss diagnosed my eye disease. I had to go to another clinic because in my gut I knew she was wrong due to her rushing and by the way, she reviewed my scans from three months prior. All she mentioned was the freckles in my eyes. I know about my freaking freckles in my eye that was not the concern from the other doctor. I went to a different doctor in Arlington and they were great. Stay away from this doctor. She is extremely lousy!
My initial visit was rescheduled > 4 weeks out, I see the doctor who is professional but hurried. We discuss my contacts and the fact that I have been wearing them fine for 15 plus years, she needs to change my rx, says she will order in trials, exact same brand, just different strength. No mention of need to schedule another visit. I get a text saying my trials are in and I must make follow up apt for contact lens fit. I try to call x2, leave a voicemail to request call back to request consideration to release prescription ... read more
Won't repair simple glasses that you didn't buy from them.
Friendly and professional.
Highly recommend this place. Everything was great from lisa the receptionist to the doctor. It was an all around great experience.
