(1star, and that’s for the front desk gal) Everything went perfect... literally perfect. Until... I brought up the lenses I chose (one was through my insurance w/co pay, one i purchased full price out of pocket) and she legitimately came at me with very negative response and opinion which I didn’t ask for about the lenses I chose and how “they didn’t fit me”, more than 2 times, and then lol once I decided to kindly let her know I didn’t mind what she thought and I didn’t ask for her opinion and that I personally liked them o... read more
One star due to the following reasons: 1. Quickest exam I've ever been to for my children. Their vision exam for my children were 5-10 minutes each. 2. Limited kid frames and most were out of stock/discontinued. They should have them marked! To call your customer afterward and let them know it's discontinued and there's no warranty is not acceptable. 3. Slow to issue refund unless you go rock their cage.
