I had an eye exam today and I was quite impressed by every member of the staff here at Vision Plus. Everyone was fantastic, from the woman who helped me at the front desk to performing the eye exam itself and then the process of picking out my new glasses… everyone was very kind and helpful. I’m very happy I went through with this process and I can’t wait to get my glasses 🤓
Great exams experience, my complaint is that the frames they have are mostly designer and very expensive. I miss everything in sight on cornwall, they had a large selection that included a bunch of frames that were $50
They were very caring and took their time to do things correctly and explain everything. Also we're very helpful to get me in contacts same day when I was in a bind with work. The Dr seemed very knowledgeable and I left feeling like I was in good hands
I usually go to the James Street office, but they're closed for remodeling, and I really needed to get my vision screening done and to get some new glasses. So, rather than having to wait until my usual spot is done,I just made an appointment at the Meridian office. I was very pleased with my entire experience, from start to finish. I checked in and had barely had a seat when I was called back to do the pre-screening.
