Seamless experience! ision Plus billed my insurance, knew exactly what was covered vs not. I typically go to COSTCO but was told by COSTCO that I would need to pay for the exam out of pocket and seek reimbursement from insurance co., that I couldn't get an appointment for over 2 weeks, that COSTCO lenses already had coatings on them and that how insurance would handle this was to be determined. My eye doctor goes by his first name, which is Kyle, was very polite and easy to talk to.
I had an eye exam today and I was quite impressed by every member of the staff here at Vision Plus. Everyone was fantastic, from the woman who helped me at the front desk to performing the eye exam itself and then the process of picking out my new glasses… everyone was very kind and helpful. I’m very happy I went through with this process and I can’t wait to get my glasses 🤓
Great exams experience, my complaint is that the frames they have are mostly designer and very expensive. I miss everything in sight on cornwall, they had a large selection that included a bunch of frames that were $50
