I've been a patient here for quite a while, but the service seems to be getting worse with every visit. Every time I need something, there's another unexpected fee that feels like it was made up on the spot. Most recently, I called to order new contact lenses and wanted to try a different brand. Even though my contact lens prescription hadn't expired, I was told I would need another eye exam before they could let me switch. Very friendly staff
So I was disfigured in an accident.. and my vision is horrible. So I made an appointment with vision Plus in Marysville.. after my eye exam, the secretary refused to build my insurance.. in kept belittling me and talking down to me,, obviously because of my appearance.. and also added $400 worth of extras on top of the price of the glasses,, when I asked about the extras.. I was told well you probably can't afford it you should go somewhere else.. and I looked at them and I said $750.. for one pair of glasses.. so I paid out... read more
