I've been a patient here for quite a while, but the service seems to be getting worse with every visit. Every time I need something, there's another unexpected fee that feels like it was made up on the spot. Most recently, I called to order new contact lenses and wanted to try a different brand. Even though my contact lens prescription hadn't expired, I was told I would need another eye exam before they could let me switch.
