Had a very pleasant experience with Vision Plumbing and Heating. Our gas fireplace was not working and we needed a service call to check it out. Unfortunately we had to cancel the first service call due to a medical emergency in our family. They were very understanding and weren’t pushing at all about rebooking. Had a bit of an emergency and they sent Oakley right out. He checked and tested everything and came up with some recommendations and options and sorted out my issue in a friendly but efficient manner - very pleased thanks Oakley!
