I just landed on this web page while looking up contact information for The Vision Place, and was surprised to see the reviews posted here. I am moved to share my very different experience: I purchased frames and my first pair of progressive lenses here around 3 years ago and was totally pleased with the service and the glasses. I am still wearing the same glasses, and love them. After a lengthy time of being ignored, I bolted letting the clerk retain her narrow focus on an indecisive customer detailing her life history. The selection of frames seemed very limited.
