RecommendedFirst off Dr. Billings is fantastic. Secondly, the staff is so friendly and willing to help. I wanted a new pair of glasses before I went on vacation. After several visits, text messages, trying on pairs, we found a pair with days to spare. Nikki took the time and diligence to look for a pair to fit my small face without looking like a little girl. Fantastic customer experience from walking in the door being checked in, to thorough examinations from the Dr’s, to being fitted for frames. Top notch, and could not ask for more. I have a unique prescription, and it took 3 different orders/fittings for soft contacts, and they continued to work with me to find the perfect fit. Each visit for all members of my family, we have continued to have this great level of customer service for over the last 15 years. Keep up the great work!!
Dr. Billings is a God send! She was very patient with me and my odd case of poor vision. She truly wanted to figure out why my eyesight is the way it is and did everything possible to get me to see as best as possible! Her and the rest of the staff is very polite and kind! 10/10 would recommend
I can’t stress enough the fabulous care these doctors give their patients. Dr Triebel has been treating me for years, and as a former employee I know first hand the hard work and continuing education they all go through. Dr Triebel has done some wonderful work with children, literally changing their lives for the better. It’s a shame this knowledge wasn’t available 40-50 years ago. Progress...and the passion to make a difference...it’s what it’s all about!
Dr. Trieble was wonderful . She was recommended by Dr . Shawn Spooner sports medicine. Dr Trieble specializes in eye issues r/t concussion . I would highly recommend her! Thankyou For your care !
Rude unfriendly and unhelpful
This place is amazing! The staff and the doctors are prompt and give thorough care. Dr. Billings is extremely professional and very down to earth. She answered all my questions, gave great follow up, and got my vision on the right track. We had another emergency situation and they were great with adjusting to our needs. Highly recommend!
