nice glasses shop my old glasses got some scratch on it. My best experience to date. After getting my prescription glasses at Vision Palace on Ave U, I felt pretty dumb when I realized I could have come to this place years earlier and been getting service at other places for twice the price and awful service instead. I simply didn't know it could be THIS great))) Saved time and money getting my glasses in less then 2 hrs. Keep up the good work, guys! Thank you
Great selection, wonderful service I have been a customer of Vision Palace for the past 5 years. The service and selection is always great and the prices are more than reasonable. The staff are helpful and knowledgable and for all of the years I have been coming there no one was ever rude to me. I have been wearing eyeglasses for many years and shopped around a great deal before choosing Vision Palace and time after time I leave very satisfied with the service and merchandise.
Disappointment I went to Vision Palace last year. When I walked in, I was expecting good service, nice people, and high-quality eyeglasses. Instead, the man who worked there gave me a lot of attitude, and he seemed as if he didn't want to assist me in finding the right pair of glasses. Great service, wonderful staff After reading a previous review I felt compeled to write my own. I went to Vision Palace optical to get my vision checked and also to purchase 2 pairs of glasses. Sales associate and the optician at Vision Palace were able to make recomendations that worked out great for me. Low quality, extremely rude manager What a disappointing experience! After seeing the commercial, went to the place and ordered 2 pairs of glasses, a $470.00 in total. Glasses were not ready when promised. One frame broke the same day. The store manager was extremely rude over the phone, telling me that he did not care whether I was satisfied with the quality since he already got paid. Glasses This is a great business with friendly staff. They just expanded so the office is new and fresh looking. They have many glasses and frames to choose from - - excellent place to go to for your eye's needs. They also have little examining rooms where you can get an eye exam and get the glasses you need/want right away.
