Always professional just don't like exam always when only want cleaning
1) I waited forever, because 2) They didn't ask about my insurance beforehand, so there were issues contacting my insurance company. Then, 3) The doctor tells me I need to switch contact lenses. I have tried these newer lenses before, and they irritate my eyes. So 4) She tells me to try them for a week anyway. That's fine, but it's apparently $55 to "fit" a trial pair. I've never had to pay an exorbitant fee for a trial pair of lenses anywhere else! 5) I leave, but when ordering my lenses online she tells the company to swit... read more
