I dropped in on the spur on the moment with no booking. It was early Saturday morning and, surprisingly, was offered a check up immediately. The Optometrist was a delightful young lady, extremely professional, who explained the process and my results clearly and patiently. The other staff in the shop were very friendly, efficient and customer focused. I would absolutely recommend A Plus Optometry to anyone requiring eye health care.
I walked into A+Optometrist & was greeted by a lovely, welcoming lady named Pam. Pam showed me the options of glasses & told me that Jeff would be with me shortly. A young gentleman was busy stocking shelves. Jeff, the optometrist wasn’t long at all & apologised for keeping me waiting. I replied there was no need. Jeff was informative, professional & made me feel totally relaxed & at ease during my appointment. Excellent customer service from Jeff, Pam & Sam. Highly recommend!

Impressed with the care and knowledge at those clinic. Everyone was approachable and willing to help me with understanding my eye health and to helping me choose the perfect frames! I would recommend this clinic, especially if you value quality care about your eye health!
