I like the place, always clean and usually if i need an apmt i get right in. Only complain is why does it always take two weeks to get my daughters glasses. They tell me 3-5 business days and aftet 6 days i call and they r not ready. This has happened more then once in less then a years time. Not okay!!!
Great Atmosphere! Doctor was very nice and straight to the point! I was in and out!!
This place is absolutely awful! I will never get my eyes checked, contacts, glasses or whatever it is from this place. Customer service is horrible! They see you standing there and don't even ask what you need until like the 5th person comes up to the desk, they cannot find your prescription records when you were there literally 2 weeks ago and take a long time to do so and some of the staff aren't very nice. Also, the equipment there is not taken care of well it's all dusty and sticky!
I had a great experience! Robert helped me so much and had so much patience with me!
