I have been getting glasses here for my baby for the past 3 years. The staff has always been very rude and unhelpful, but I didn't usually have issues and they have the type of glasses she likes. I called last week to get a pair of replacement frames (no lenses) because her last pair broke and she's going back to the eye dr in July. I called and asked before I came in if I needed to bring the broken frames with me. I was told I did not need them. I was referred here by my eye dr and at first i was given misleading information. I won't go into my personal stuff but the information was cleared up the next day when I went back. The 2 women that worked with me were the nicest and most understand people. I am sorry I didn't get their names. Thank you for having such wonderful people working here!
The owner is very rude!!!! Customer service is everything. I reported her fraudulent activity to my insurance company and she told them she would call the police if I came to her business! I won't be using this place again and neither will my family. CUSTOMER SERVICE OS EVERYTHING!
