Got to see our sweet baby boy today! My appointment had to be rescheduled but I was seen quickly! Things beyond our control happen from time to time and I'm very pleased with everything!
cancelled my appointment that I had scheduled since mid January last minute and didn't offer me an appointment to reschedule until THREE WEEKS later. If they could have squeezed me in the next week I could understand, but three WEEKS?! Very unprofessional.
