I brought in my 2019 Titan for service. The service manager Santos Monagas was excellent to work with and did an amazing job working with the warranty provider for my vehicle for some rather expensive repairs! The people at this shop are really easy to work with and were completely up front with the repairs that needed to be done so I really had no surprises. Employee at front desk needs to be trained in bedside manner I was rushed away from the desk and ploidy at dusk did not seem to care about me as a customer my car was in a backlot I ask where my car was I was told to go look for it in the back lot not a lot of customer contact with anyone who work there
