My Vision Cat M1 Modem Meter failed to connect to the network 2 years and 11 months after install. Vision was no help at all in resolving the issue. Their only idea was to power-cycle the meter and see if it reconnects to the network. When that did not happen they tried to extract more money from me by suggesting I buy a new meter. Their specification clearly states the meter is designed for a 20-year life.
