Normally I'd say I love this place but this last order for my daughter has taken over 3 months and it is totally uncalled for. Brought her prescription in the Wednesday before memorial day and still haven't gotten them. Was told 2 to 3 weeks. To add to this I was told to bring my daughter in for a recheck at a certain time and the turned away cause they were closing and I was told to bring her in at 11:30.
Same issue as others . No set hours! I work until 4pm and can't seem to get there before they close.
Dave the "Manager" complete tool. I wouldn't go here. They have Mart in their name. Tells you enough about the customer service. Wouldn't refund my scratched glasses they gave me. So I had to go to corporate to get my refund. Thank you to the higher ups for making it right.
Very patient and had enough time for my daughters apt staff was very nice an helpful
Have called and talked to employees multiple times waiting for a call back to see if they accept a certain insurance. Have left a call back number with whoever we have all spoke to and haven’t heard back. Wouldn’t recommend.
