Can't pick up our glasses, constantly closed during posted business hours.
I am still waiting for my glasses. On February 3rd it will make a month since I ordered my glasses.
Took my daughter there for an eye exam and glass. The glasses where order and paid for almost a year ago and still have not got them. I have called multiple times and keep getting told they will put it back in the works.
Normally I'd say I love this place but this last order for my daughter has taken over 3 months and it is totally uncalled for. Brought her prescription in the Wednesday before memorial day and still haven't gotten them. Was told 2 to 3 weeks. To add to this I was told to bring my daughter in for a recheck at a certain time and the turned away cause they were closing and I was told to bring her in at 11:30.
Same issue as others . No set hours! I work until 4pm and can't seem to get there before they close.
