Fantastic vehicle, PAINLESS buying experience. Sammy was a great salesperson and the GM and finance team were on point. Honored the deal I found no questions asked, had the car ready to deliver that same day. Included rustproofing, paint & interior protection and they DOUBLE the warranty to 20/200k!!! I've never been so impressed with a vehicle, either. GORGEOUS mid size plug in hybrid already averaging 41 mpg and it hasn't even been plugged in yet. My experience was a good one and I was treated with respect and kindness.
Picked up car 2/7/25. Only 1 fob. Adama said key guy there every wed and he'd call. Asked him also to order car mats 4 me. Never called. Texted Adam March19. Asking 4 updated and refund on license plate registration over payment. Texted April 3 asking "Still work there?" Responded April 16, yes, key was ordered. Now May 12, more than 3 months - no fob, no refund, and Lo-Jack says hardware never installed on vehicle so can't use Lo-Jack.
