While cataract surgery was successful, it was painful. I told the anesthetist for each eye I would need extra for pain meds but apparently did not get enough because I experienced pain during the surgery.

I didn't even make it through registering for an appointment! Such a rude receptionist at the Sterling Heights location. I am going elsewhere.
Dr. Novetsky is awesome. However, I was not happy with the way I was treated by a few of the techs and office staff. I do plan on calling and speaking with the office manager regarding what happened.
I go to the Sterling Heights office - just got glasses- I knew something was -"off" with frame but could not put my finger on it. Went in and saw Tina Helton- optical manager who went above and beyond to help me love the frames jus as much as when I first chose them! She is the best! Ty!!!!!!
The optical department was great! The women that work here are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here!
The entire staff is wonderful! A huge thank you to Dr. Novesky who corrected my vision, removed my cataracts & made a big difference in the quality of my life!
