Extremely thorough and helpful team! Dr. Sirrott took his time to give me a thorough exam and walked me through all my options until I was comfortable. I wasn’t pushed to purchase frames or contacts like other offices do. I did have to wait 20 or so minutes after my appointment time to be seen but it’s a small office and they were thorough and spent their time with their patients so I don’t mind the wait for quality care.
I would give zero stars if I could. I should up 10 minutes early to my appointment and noticed it seemed empty with only a front desk person and a patient up front. I thought awesome, I should get back pretty fast. At the 30 minute mark (from my appointment time so 40 minutes total) I asked the receptionist if she had and idea of how much longer it would be.
