This place is great....if you want quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in my life....Clearly this is a store where the customer never ever has it his/her way.I recommend NOT going here. If there are no other vision places in town and you really need glasses or contacts.....go blind.
This has to be the worse place ever!! I have my first appt for my daughters contacts, no one greeted us when we walked in, we were ignored. After she was seen, was sent to front desk and again we were ignored; over 4 staff members and no one was acknowledging us!! It took over a month to get my daughters contacts and that is only because i had to call and get ugly with them. I will never come here again and i tell my family and friends the same. Horrible customer service!!!
Although it took a while to get me in and out everyone was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff has been there for quite sometime and they are very professional, aside from a few things I would change it wasnt that bad and I plan on sticking with this clinic for my yearly exams.
great staff, great up to date equipment, just a great experience overall
