I frantically needed to my moms my windshield replaced before she found out. I was calling around and no one was available or had my windshield in stock. I came across Vision Glass and Paola answered the phone and was able to source my windshield and have it repaired the same day. She was very accommodating and hospitable and helped me throughout the process. Thank Paola and Vision!
I had my windshield replaced today and the customer service was truly impeccable. I had planned on waiting during the replacement, but the owner generously offered to drive me home and then pick me up once the service was completed. Although I didn’t catch his name, it was a pleasure chatting with him—you can immediately tell he’s passionate about his business and genuinely cares about his customers.
