I was told to come to this salon by the owner which she was an hour late, I showed her my not permed hair and she looked at it and told me to send her some pictures of how I wear it when it use to be permed I did that and she also told me she could do it the following Tuesday but I heard nothing, no text , or phone call, I was wondering why did I have to send you pictures of my hair when she knew from the beginning she was not interested in doing my hair and wasting my time.
