I definitely recommend scheduling with Steven! He’s been working on myself and my fiancé lower body. I came in with hip pain and knee pain and Steven did an amazing job. My fiancé had a terrible accident several years ago and Steven has been able to work on his leg with good results. He is also very knowledgeable, he explains the functions and how things work around our muscles.
I would recommend Vision For Enrichment to anyone Rich and his team are incredible at what they do. When I brought my daughter the first time she had a week with an injured hamstring took her to the ER and to her doctor. They gave crutches she can barely walk. A friend referred us to Rich and the same day he made an appointment for her the next day. We came in and Rich did his job and when we left she could walk without crutches. I had the opportunity to get some support from Rich after a weekend run at the Hoka store in Venice this past summer. And when my son, a Cross Country runner, needed some attention in preparation for the LA City Cross Country Championships, Vision for Enrichment was the place to go. I've been a loyal VFE client for 6 years. I've been seeing Rich of VFE consistently for two years and he has been such an impressive therapist. Not just for his work and how professional and knowledgeable he is in his craft, but his experience as an athlete himself. I highly recommend VFE. I met April at the Rose Bowl about a year ago at a Monday fun run with a local running club. The back of my hip was bothering me and April did her magic! After that I didn't have any issues. After running the L.A. marathon this year, I probably didn't give myself a proper recovery time. So I suffered some injury to my leg calf muscle.
