Took a hot yoga class with Courtney this morning! I have taken many hot yoga classes and was so impressed by her focus on injury prevention and good form while also teaching a challenging class. Injury prevention in classes is something I am very passionate about having hurt myself in many a workout class...so felt review writing worthy! Playlist was awesome!
Great workouts and great community. I started a new job in Conshohocken a few months ago and do early morning workouts at Vision + three days a week. I love the energy level, the varied workouts and the camaraderie. Awesome gym!
