Best customer service. Tara (front desk) just customer serviced the heck out of me! Told her I couldn’t see out of the contact I had. She was able to fix it quickly gave me some trial contacts, her extension, and told me to call after I tried the new ones. 💛💛 thank you so much. 10/10 will be back.
Great customer service and very informative. They answered all my questions. Dr. Rabaut is super personable and helpful. Top notch.

Visit with doctor was good. But they told me glasses would be in between 10-14 business days and I would get a call when they arrived. On day 17 I finally went into the store after calling other times and they arrived that day. Mind you it was 15 minutes before they close on a Friday. So we're they just going to not call me and make me wait additional time ? Very unprofessional and will not be coming back to this location.
Got new glasses and they was wrong went in to get this fixed and the ladies was whispering about me and how she knew I’d be back. When I asked if there was an issue she was like no we’re good! People wanna whisper but when approached it’s always nothing. Not professional, couldn’t fix my other glasses when they broke said there was nothing they could do and just put electrical tape on it. I will no longer do business with them.
