While the staff was friendly, there were hidden expenses that were not disclosed until after the exam. I did not appreciate this and wish they had been more forthcoming as to what procedures they were performing at what extra cost. I also felt a little pressured to purchase glasses through them, and as a result, I do not think I will be a returning customer.
Excellent service, on time my appointment, Dr. Mary so professional and Luis help me a lot with my new glasses. Plenty of parking and a very neat place.
Stay far away from this practice. They told me my glasses were made incorrectly (lens upside down and prism error) and that despite the fact they should have caught it, that there was nothing they would do about it. I only asked the lenses be remade correctly, but they told me I am out of luck for dealing with their mistake and coping with eye strain past their "warranty" period.
The staff were professional and they understood every aspect of eye care. They gave quality advice and took care of my needs
From the receptionist to my doctor to the staff that made the finishing touches to my inquiry/prescription; everyone was easy to talk to and they’re so welcoming. The place is wonderful.
