UNBELIEVABLELY POOR I had a terrible experience with this optical store. I took my son there for frames/lenses and was told it would take 2 weeks for them to arrive and they would call me. Two and a half weeks past and no word. I finally call them and were told it would be another week. Good Service I have been going to Vision First Eye Care in Fremont Ca. for about twenty years now. I have always been very pleased with the services that they provided me with, which is why I keep going back to them. I get my eyes check, buy glasses and contact lens with them. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Appointments are easy to make. You can bring in your glasses for free frame adjustments and the technicians have always done a wonderful job for me. Eye Land I like their original name which is still on the building: Eye Land. I've been going to this place for about 10 years now. They have the best service! Best in town guaranteed! The front desk is very friendly and polite. The optometrist is excellent! She thoroughly examines my eyes and precribes the proper corrective procedures. damaged glasses The optical store portion of this medical office is set up nicely, they have a large array of designer sunglasses and glasses. The optometrist's expertise is adequate for most purposes. You can get an eye exam appointment without too much hassle. The only problem I have with this office is that the lens technician was sorely undertrained in inexperienced.
