It has been my experience with each visit, that Dr. Duke and all of his support staff include the technicians exceeded my expectations in regard to courtesy, professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and support. Let me start by saying what a fantastic, thorough & caring doctor & staff is at Dr. Duke's office. Dr. Duke was our Optometrist a few years back & we stopped seeing him because our insurance providers changed. After literally several failed attempts at finding a competent optometrist, we are happily back at Dr. Duke's clinic. I've been seeing Dr. Charles Duke for many years. He is no doubt the best out there: very experienced and very personable, kind and so understanding of my eye phobias. My only fear is that one day he may retire...luckily I know he enjoys his work and is passionate about giving his best every time.
I have gone to Dr. Duke since I started my career in 1978. He has been the most professional of all my physicians. My eye issues are not that severe but he has kept me comfortable as I worked on a computer my entire adult life. The office has an exceptional staff and the optician, has always made my glasses to perfection. Although I am about to retire, I will continue to travel to Catoosa to be under Dr. Duke's care for as long as I can. You should too.
If every doctor's office was run like this one the health care system would be a better place. Dr. Duke is kind, efficient and exacting in what he does. I highly recommend him, his staff and his clinic.
