As usual very professional and great attention detail and care.
Vision Eye Institute at Blackburn South is an excellent eye specialist centre. The receptionists are incredibly friendly & efficient. The nurses are lovely. They are kind & explain all procedures they are undertaking. The Doctors are holistic in their approach & importantly, they listen to you. They make you feel comfortable & answer all questions you have. Their service, advice, medical support & the eye health care you receive is exemplary.
Great service at the customer service desk. But when it comes to doctors, there is limit time to spend with you. I feel I've been rushed even I talked to him about a few things. But he forgets to answer me about it. And I did as well.🤪🤪
