Based on the reviews, I was really excited about being seen by Dr. Smith for the first time ! Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Very dry personality. My visit was just that, a visit. Nothing impressive at all. As a new patient, I wasn’t asked about my current lenses or if I’m having any problems with them. The only reason they inquired about glasses is when I asked if I could get my current prescription fitted to a pair of glasses that I brought. I love this office. Marissa at the front desk is exceptionally kind and helpful. They do their best to accommodate you, unlike other eye clinics that schedule appointments months out. Dr. Smith is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes her time to address any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend this office—you won’t be disappointed.
