I love this office. Marissa at the front desk is exceptionally kind and helpful. They do their best to accommodate you, unlike other eye clinics that schedule appointments months out. Dr. Smith is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes her time to address any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend this office—you won’t be disappointed.
I went to pick.ip.my new glasses on Tuesday and the sign on the door said closed for Thanksgiving. WTH? Thhanks givingbis still 3 days away. It wasn't posted on the website either.
The facility is very nice and clean. All staff members were kind and helpful. Didn't have to wait a long time from the time I made the appointment to when I actually went, and I had them put it a few weeks out from what they could do, so getting an appointment is easy. Also didn't have to wait a long time in office either. Longest I waited was for my eyes to dilate, which also isn't a long time. I was in and out in less than an hour.
