I just picked up 2 new pairs at the end of November. Now the store is gone and I don't know what my prescription is for my next pair.. this store always had the BEST deals. Now the nearest location is 33 km away in Brampton. I would still like to recover my prescription if possible..
They are blacklisted by Sunlife so you will not be able to get your glasses covered by insurance. I really think they should be more forward about that instead of letting customers pay blindly out of pocket. There is also a quality issue in the pair I purchased. The screws for the arms come loose every 2 months no matter how much I tighten them. Kind of frustrating given how much I spent on these. Never had this happen with any other pair.
