Great experience! Everyone is friendly and nice. I'v been going to them for years. they are a great eye place to go to. It reminds me of a family, when you go there. The doctor is great and checks everything that has to do with your eyes out, he actually talks to you and asks your opinion on what you feel is better for you. I recommend it to anyone.
Helpful and friendly My daughter is 15 months old and needed glasses. I was struggling to find glasses her size. The receptionist helped me on the phone and even gave me some recommendations since they do not carry glasses that small. She invited me to stop in and see their selection, so I did without an appointment. She walked me through options and treated me as if I had been coming there for years yet I did not even have an appointment. Excellent and knowledgeable staff I've had some terrible trouble with eyeglasses in the past few years. I had incorrect prescriptions and bad lenses. These problems were all solved when I went to Vision Express. One of the opticians there explained why I was getting nausea with my old glasses, and recommended against polycarbonate lenses (they have the lowest optical quality anyway). Great Doctor and staff! The doctor is great and the staff is truly nice. I hated going to the optometrist before, but Dr. Wallace is so kind and informative, he puts you at ease. His staff was so nice and sincere, they made me feel comfortable. Everyone was so helpful, they actually turned an eye appointment into a positive experience for me.
This is one of those places you thought didn't exist any more This is the place to get glasses in the south end. No question about it. Dr. Wallace is thorough and professional as well as being a very decent, gentle man. And Veronica is an exceptionally helpful, insightful stylist and technician.
