Eleonora from the vision center at the fair oaks location was absolutely phenomenal! She always goes above and beyond and made sure that I had the best experience at Kaiser. She checked my insurance throughly to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal and was overall incredible! I truly appreciate her level of care and her attention to detail. I didn’t initially have a good experience with the pharmacy. However, I want to recognize Richard Friedman, who stepped in and took care of the problem. Because of his help, I feel much more confident about Kaiser Permanente’s commitment to customer service. I want to thank, Richard, for turning a negative experience into a positive one.
Saw Dr. Minh-Phuong Lu Doan for the first time yesterday and was very grateful for her reassurance, her calm and her thoroughness in explaining everything to me in detail unhurriedly. I had been diagnosed with four very serious things from an optometrist there a week before which had really put me in a bad place of fear - I had been imagining the worst case scenario of losing my sight and that brought some pretty bad anxiety for a whole 6 days. Dr. Minh-Phuong Lu Doan is outstanding opthalmologist. She performed cataract surgery for me mom who has a very complicated medical history. She has a great bedside manner.
