My husband and I visited Kaiser optometry in Camp Springs today to pick up our glasses and had a wonderful experience. Ms. Wakiita Taylor was absolutely a delight to deal with. She was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, cheerful, efficient, and made our visit a positive and memorable appointment. Everyone in the office was a joy to deal with, but if you get a chance to work with Wakiita you won’t regret it.
I had an awesome experience at the Camp Springs optometry department. I arrived early and was seen early. Dr. Aggerwal explained the change in my prescription. Wakiita took excellent care of me, ensuring that I chose frames that will be good for bifocals. She explained everything to me and took the time to ensure I understood everything. She gave me her number and told me to call her if I have any questions. Her excellent customer service made my day.
Ms. Wakiita Taylor was a pleasure to work with and a wealth of knowledge! I'd return definitely!

I have been 2 plenty of the kaiser Optical I hate the customer service but the Kaiser in Camp Springs Md. the customer service rep. Wakiita Taylor is everything thing, great customer service really interact with the customers.
