I always receive excellent vision care at Kaiser Permanente and this week's visit did not disappoint. My eye doctors have kept my eyes healthy and I am so appreciative of their attention to detail. Today Erica took time to help repair my glasses- not even the reason I went in. As usual, going above and beyond.
Erica in the optometry area was so kind to help my mom with her new glasses! She made sure my mom understood what lenses her glasses had! She was kind and willing to help. Give her free lunch haha!
