I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Dr. Fariba Ariz. Before doing so, I want to recognize Allissa M. Sanchez, LVN, who was compassionate, professional, and genuinely appeared to care about patients. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Ariz did not reflect that same level of patient care. Very professional/knowledgeable, usually prompt for appointment times, and attentive to my needs. I’ve been with Kaiser for the past 10 years. They have seen me through cancer (caught it at stage 1), through a serious roll-over car accident, through a hip replacement. All very successful outcomes. Online programs helped me adjust to retirement and maintain a healthy weight. I highly recommend them.
