Dr Karen Wang was very thoughtful and detail oriented. She did thorough examinations on my eyes today and gave me very good advice on monitoring my eye condition. Appreciate you, Dr Wang!
Dr. Woo was excellent, the parking structure was easy to enter and find parking, the offices were clean and comfortable. It's everything I would like in an optical center.
Best service. Free parking and easy check in via kiosk or reception. Dr. Wong was great - very detailed and thorough.
Few months ago I got prescription for glasses, got it filled paid out of pockets $300, it's June the glasses broke they didn't want to fix it I asked for my recent prescription they said they can't find it. I don't believe this they were too lazy to re print me the prescription so I can get it elsewhere. Sorry but this is bad service I've been a member for over 30 years. Dont recommend them any longer.
