Best service. Free parking and easy check in via kiosk or reception. Dr. Wong was great - very detailed and thorough.
Few months ago I got prescription for glasses, got it filled paid out of pockets $300, it's June the glasses broke they didn't want to fix it I asked for my recent prescription they said they can't find it. I don't believe this they were too lazy to re print me the prescription so I can get it elsewhere. Sorry but this is bad service I've been a member for over 30 years. Dont recommend them any longer.
Acces to service is the worst, there is now number provided through the website. Appointment are months available
Avoid! They use a low grade glazing that peels/scratches easily and offered no help. When I called they said some bs like they’re scratch resistant but not scratch proof! Semantics. Another Kaiser employee at a different location admitted the glazing is problematic. Go to society of the spectacle for lenses that don’t scratch.
Had the worst experience in over 50 years as a consumer at this retailer. After purchasing a nearly $700 pair of designer eyeglasses I noticed that the tops of both lenses were not securely seated in the frames a few weeks later. Afraid that the lenses would ultimately pop out I took them back only to shockingly be told this was “normal” I reluctantly took their word and accepted the diagnosis.
